I provide my business consulting, leadership mentoring, staff development, and public speaking services wherever leaders and organizations need support. Much of my work is done in person across Western New York, the Finger Lakes Region, and Central New York, including the cities of Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Utica. Working on site gives me the ability to walk through your facilities, observe operations firsthand, and connect directly with your team. This hands-on approach allows me to uncover challenges, identify opportunities, and implement practical solutions that make an immediate impact.

Over the years, I have worked for companies at every stage; startups finding their footing, established businesses navigating growth, and organizations facing difficult turnarounds. Being present in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, and across the region allows me to not only analyze the numbers and processes but also connect with the people behind them. That balance of people and performance has been the foundation of my 30+ year career in commercial construction, manufacturing, and executive leadership.

While New York is my home base, my reach extends nationwide. I provide virtual leadership mentoring to business owners and executives across the United States, offering a trusted voice and steady hand to leaders who often operate in isolation. These one-on-one sessions are private, practical, and personal. I am also available for public speaking engagements, keynotes, and workshops throughout the continental United States.
